These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules for using the Papillon Fine Bedding website and buying from us online. By visiting papillonfinebedding.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Papillon Fine Bedding is our own brand, and the products on this website are sold under our name. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Papillon Fine Bedding, and “you” means the person using the website or placing an order.

Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us, including your name, address and phone number, are accurate and complete.

Our Products

We sell pillows for the bedroom and living space: down alternative bed pillows, memory foam pillows, a bed wedge pillow and decorative throw pillows. We describe and show our products as accurately as we can, and each product page lists details such as size, filling and cover material. Please note:

  • Colors and textures can look a little different on your screen than in person.
  • Sizes can differ slightly from the measurements shown because of how pillows are made and filled.
  • Stock can change. We may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.
  • Our pillows are not medical devices. Words such as “neck support” or “back support” describe the shape and design of a pillow. They are not medical claims, and we do not promise any health result. If you have a medical condition or pain, please ask a healthcare professional before you choose a pillow.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD, $). The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. We do not add tax or a cash on delivery fee at checkout, and shipping is free. Prices can change at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed. If we find a price error on a product, we may cancel an order for that product and will tell you.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We confirm your order with an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • A product is out of stock
  • There is a mistake in the price or product information
  • We cannot reach you or confirm your details
  • We suspect fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order, we will tell you. You will not have paid anything, because payment is made on delivery.

Payment

Online orders are paid by cash on delivery (COD) only. You pay the order total in cash, in US dollars, to the delivery agent when your package arrives. We do not take any payment on our website. Please keep the exact amount ready, because the delivery agent may not be able to give change. See our Payment Information page.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Shipping is free.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 4-6 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 5-8 business days.
  • Our business days are Sunday to Thursday, not including public holidays. Our store is closed on Friday and Saturday.
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on a business day are counted as that day’s orders. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on a Friday, Saturday or public holiday, are counted as the next business day’s orders, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • Our trusted delivery partners deliver your order, and we provide a tracking number for every order.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, delivery partner delays, holidays and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

If nobody receives your package, or you decide not to accept it, the package is returned to us and the order is treated as cancelled. You are not charged. We may decline future cash on delivery orders from a customer who often refuses packages.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us or call us with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can return it after delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You can return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. Eligible items must meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and approve your return, by bank transfer or store credit. That policy is part of these Terms.

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday to Thursday: 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday and Saturday: Closed

These Terms apply to the website and to orders placed online. Purchases made in our store are handled at the store.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including the Papillon Fine Bedding name, logo, text, images, graphics and design, belongs to us or is used with permission, and the law protects it. You may not copy, share, change or use it for any business purpose without our written permission.

When you use our website, you agree not to:

  • Give false or misleading information
  • Place fake or abusive orders
